Grouchy, screeching workaholics and bored, blissful blobs

Toxic swamp of post-industrial life, ruled by snobs

Stomachs tied in knots, cholesterol blocks blood inside

Screens are preaching dreams that fail to address every need

How my kitchen’s heat leaves you cold ices the taken cake

Pressure-cooker life lived by each person who dreams awake

Toxic swamp of post-industrial life, ruled by snobs

Grouchy, screeching workaholics and bored, blissful blobs

Back in the skinnerbox again

Living the life of a machine

None of our adjectives describe

Endless endurance in the crib

Spirits are dying to survive

Chilling the passion of the brave

All of our fingerprints are gone

Back in the skinnerbox again

Monday-morning migrane

“Negative attitudes” are NOT the world’s only problems

“Positive attitudes” alone are NOT real solutions

Cut off my fingers if you hate this loud text-catharsis

Cut off my fingers if this text is just grouchy rudeness

Old, exalted exiles

Sicken sheltered stomachs

Monday-morning’s mattress

Fails to lure the restless

Old, exalted exiles alternate between parallel alleys

Palms and fingers rise and silence the alarm-clocks of annoyance

Now the world is changing faster than a king’s horses could gallop

Virus-memes are driving all of the contrived ways we develop

Drones are now going public with a Song-And-Dance routine gone haywire

Wireless, wild mobile messages unite the zones the rich guns conquer

Empires gulp down communities and then decay as big, dead giants

Leaving gross phragmaplasm on a planet paved with hot-rod commerce

System-survivors have endured enough gentle verbiage

Spoken by merchants who have always met every challenge

“Positive attitudes” alone are NOT real solutions

Text is the jungle for my legal, safe temper-tantrums

“Negative attitudes” are NOT the world’s only problems

EAT BEHAVIOR SYMPTOMS, WEIRDOPHOBES ! ! !

Let our tongues, lips, limbs, fingers and toes

Move in all safe, wild, possible ways

Move in all safe ways, harmless and free

Move in ways Christ-like-people enjoy

Join the path of least-destructiveness

Join the path of wacky-innocence

Let the snobs go live life by the rules

Free our tongues, lips, limbs, fingers and toes

Credo in unum datum

Live a life you can see, hear, smell, touch, and taste

Have a future that pulls sharp minds forward fast

Probe the secrets your gut feels deep down within

Use your mouth to report each real truth you learn

Let the plot thicken in ways that sicken your stomach

Still remain human enough to be a neurotic

Give the future the best saved text you can write

Live a life you can see, hear, smell, touch, and taste

So the condom broke . . .

Doctor Lutum and Madam Domus appear in Winnipeg still

Driving metal and glass on tires, and remaining publicly cool

All our windows and mirrors broke us, the rubber rolls them along

Creeping up to my steps on solitude’s pavement, where I belong

Proud shame oozes down the septic-tank of the heart

They’ve done quite enough, they’ve kept their halos intact

Now I’m taking forever just to renew, recover, and heal

Doctor Lutum and Madam Domus appear in Winnipeg still

Yes, we still eat a diet of salt, sugar, and fat

Yes, we still eat synthetically made chemical shxt

Habits don’t change as fast as the new rules we design

Habits don’t meet the needs that we most recently learn

Once, we grabbed fruit from trees like we grab burgers and fries

Once, we speared beasts who roared like the worst shxt from our boss

We can plan well, but few of our rushed choices are smart

Yes, we still eat a diet of salt, sugar, and fat

Chit-chat is NOT my purpose, desire, need, strength, or talent

Strange brains exist, believe it or not, quirks ARE important

What traits will we, as humans, preserve through coming futures?
